Ally’s Story
Ally Cadence was just six months old when she passed away, twelve days after being diagnosed with SMA Type 1.
Her story inspired the creation of the Ally Cadence Trust, with a simple goal: to ensure families receive the support, understanding and care they need during the most difficult times.
